About Nereda
Hi, I’m Nereda Wills. I’ve been a practising naturopath since 2003, graduating with a bachelor of health science in naturopathy in 2004. For 15 years, I was the proud owner of Sun & Earth Organics, a well loved health food store in New Farm, Brisbane. Here, I ran a busy retail business and natural therapies clinic while also offering over the counter health advice for acute illness.
After many years of treating patients with chronic illnesses, I begun to develop an appreciation for the crucial link between physical and mental health, understanding that one cannot be achieved without the other.
Therefore, at the closure of my beloved organic store in 2021, I begun my masters of counselling and psychotherapy. Throughout this study, I have developed techniques drawn from person centered counselling, creative arts in therapy and trauma informed, psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I am passionate about providing space for you to explore your concerns in life, as well as creating time to investigate any biological imbalances that may be contributing to your mental health.

Nereda offers fuctional pathology for hormone, thyroid and adrenal testing, alongside other subjective data collection to ascertain imbalances in mood and neurotransmitter activity.
Nereda works with herbal and nutritional medicines alongside her counselling consultations to address both biological and psychological health factors.

With over 25 years experience in retail sales of natural health products, I have developed a passion for quality natural medicine. My range of herbal tonics have been prescribed for decades, each tweaked according to your specific symptoms.
My signature range of tonics address viral infections, lung and sinus infections, immune tonics, as well as herbs for anxiety, sleep problems and burnout. My propolis liquid lozenge throat spray is well known and loved Australia wide, being sold for over 15 years.
