Nereda Wills has been a practising naturopath since 2003, graduating with a bachelor of health science in naturopathy in 2004. For 15 years, Nereda was the proud owner of Sun & Earth Organics, a well loved health food store in New Farm, Brisbane. Here, she ran a busy retail business and natural therapies clinic while also offering over the counter health advice for acute illness.
After many years of treating patients with chronic illnesses, Nereda begun to develop her appreciation for the crucial link between physical and mental health, understanding that one cannot be achieved without the other.
Therefore, at the closure of her beloved organic store in 2021, she took on her masters of counselling and psychotherapy, due for completion in August 2025. Throughout this study, Nereda has developed techniques drawn from person centered counselling, creative arts in therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Nereda is passionate about providing space for you to explore your concerns in life, as well as creating time to explore any biological imbalances that may be contributing to your mental health.
Nereda offers fuctional pathology for hormone, thyroid and adrenal testing, alongside other subjective data collection to ascertain imbalances in mood and neurotransmitter activity.
Nereda works with herbal and nutritional medicines alongside her counselling consultations to address both biological and psychological health factors.
