With Nereda, you can access an integrated approach to counselling and naturopathic medicine to help support both the emotional and physical impacts of stress.

Holistic mental health focuses on your whole experience, including your thoughts, feelings, relationships, hormones, gut health, sleep patterns, and nervous system health. In this work, you are offered a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore personal challenges. Herbal and nutritional medicines may also be considered to help support balance, ease the physical effects of stress, and address underlying contributing factors.

You can choose to engage in counselling, naturopathy, or a combined mind and body approach, with care adapted to suit your individual needs and goals. Together, the work will progress at a pace and in a direction that feels comfortable and right for you.

Short, affordable naturopathic advice with herbal tonics for acute illnesses.

This service allows you ongoing access to tailored naturopathic herbal medicines via a 15min phone consultation. Book your first appointment from the sign up button below for a once off payment of $25. Natural Neddy Membership provides you member’s only access to your prescribed herbal tonics whenever you need them. Once you’re a member, you can order practitioner only herbs and book follow up 15min acute phone consultations any time you need.
