In counselling, you may discuss relationship or work challenges, grief and loss, navigating major decisions, or any personal, emotional or mental health concerns effecting you.
From here, symptoms of stress can be addressed with naturopathic medicines. You can discuss poor sleep, anxiety, depression, mood changes and gut or immune irregularities. Other contributing factors that may be investigated include hormonal, adrenal or neurotransmitter imbalances. This may be achieved with functional pathology or other testing methods.
These 60 minute consultations are dedicated for counselling only, however, your naturopathic program may be reviewed here, so long as this is not your first session.

The predominant style of counselling used in these sessions is Person Centered Therapy, but other models may be incorporated such as Creative Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy or Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Sessions will be tailored to your specific needs.

This service is suitable for all ages (children to older adults) and is for acute illnesses only - short term illnesses that generally clear up after a week or two.
A herbal tonic will be be prescribed as part of this consultation, priced at either 200ml (2 weeks) for $55, or 500ml (5 weeks) for $125. Your herbs will be posted to you or you can arrange collection.
