How long does my order take to arrive?
Herbs work best within the first 24hrs of illness. Getting herbs to you FAST is my priority. Your herbs will be posted with Australia Post on the day of your order or consult (provided it’s within business hours) and tracking is always available. I always recommend Express Post as your shipping option.
If my herbs haven’t arrived…
Please contact me! I track every parcel in my Aus Post app so I have quick reference to your order details.
What is the return policy?
If your herbs break in transit (hasn’t happened yet!) I’ll happily send you a replacement.
Unfortunately, herbs don’t always taste great, so I can’t refund you for that. But I can recommend you dispense them into a thick juice or add a tasty Vit C powder to improve the taste.
No practitioner can guarantee your health status as human health is incredibly complex. However, if you don’t get improvements, please contact me to troubleshoot.
My Liquid Lozenge spray bottle isn’t working…
Sometimes the pump gets blocked by the honey or propolis resin. If this happens, carefully unscrew the top and immerse the bottom of the straw into a cup of hot water from the tap. Pump to flush the straw. Once clear, pump again to get rid of the water, then replace the cap. If this doesn’t work, contact me for a free replacement.
Your privacy.
This is SO important. To start with, this site is SSL protected and no medical information is ever kept here.
All of your private and sensitive medical information is stored in a separate clinic software program which has adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). Here is a link to their patient privacy policy.
