I’ve spent over 10 years in clinical practice as a NATUROPATH and I am passionate about the art of healing.
I have gained a lot of experience from running my organic health food store in New Farm for 15 years and selling natural products to thousands of customers.
My travels around the world have exposed me to an incredible array of natural medicines and methods of healing which have influenced my formulas.

Back in 2014, I took 3 glorious months off running Sun & Earth to explore many countries within South America.
I noticed with each flight or long bus ride I was left feeling run down and on the edge of getting sick, so I began to research and design a herbal formula to carry with me. I was inspired by the Brazilian’s love of propolis mouth sprays and decided to make something similar.
I quickly got formulating when I returned home and have been using my Liquid Lozenge Propolis Throat Spray ever since. There’s always one in my bag and one by my bed for quick access when I feel a throat tickle or just start feeling like something is coming on.
