If you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted or simply ready for deeper self‑understanding, my role is to help you reconnect with your emotional and physical wellbeing. Integrating evidence based counselling techniques with herbal and nutritional medicines, as well as functional pathology where necessary, my aim is guide you towards psychological and biological balance.

As a counsellor and naturopath, my consultations incorporate talk therapy with creative and trauma‑informed approaches, drawing on psychodynamic insights to gently explore what’s beneath the surface. Guided by you, I can also weave in naturopathic principles to support your nervous system, hormones, immune system and digestion, helping you restore balance and vitality from the inside out.

I hold a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. My decades of experience as both a naturopath and organic health-food shop owner have shaped how I see wellness:
