These 70 minute consultations are available in person at Bardon Natural Therapies, or online via a video link. Nereda is a registered Naturopath since 2003 with a bachelor of health science in naturopathy, and will be completing her masters of counselling and psychotherapy in August 2025.

Nereda incorporates person centered counselling alongside creative therapies and psychodynamic psychotherapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns. She uses herbal and nutritional medicines to address biological imbalances and often utilises functional pathology testing.

These 15 minute naturopathic phone consultations are offered in conjunction with a herbal formula designed for your acute illness, such as colds, viruses, infections, short term stress or sleep disturbances.

This service is for acute illnesses only. A herbal tonic will be be prescribed as part of this consultation, priced at either 200ml (2 weeks) for $55, or 500ml (5 weeks) for $125.
